Just saw someone comment on one of Jon's pictures on twitter with "Well if being a famous musician ever fails for you (which it won't!) you can always be a photographer" and it just made me laugh, not because I think they're stupid or ignorant for not knowing his past or because they may be sarcastic, just because I find that kind of stuff funny.

Also, I don't really understand the bandom wide wank going on. Like, I knew at the beginning it was because the girl didn't put a disclaimer and then waited an hour before doing so and some crazy decided it was good to write a 3 comment long essay on how qualified they were to tell people what to do. But now I think it's gone on to something else entirely? IDEK

I have a question. When you order food from a restaurant for delivery or take-out, do you tip them? And how approximately how much?

Is there a Panic Restaurant AU? I don't think I've ever read one where they actually work in a restaurant chain like Chili's or what have you.

I'm thinking of writing it but I'm not sure. Kind of stuck on a name for the restaurant. I want something that could sound like a large restaurant chain but I can't think of anything really.

In other news, I love BBB! I never participate but I absolutely LOVE when fics get posted. There's one that I'm itching to read where Brendon goes on his misson instead of joining the band and that is something I've been wanting to read for a LONG time.

Oh yeah, real life. Er. Work. Sleep. Work. Eat. My parents left for Montreal today. I know where I'll be doing laundry this week, hahaha.

Pittsburgh won the Stanley Cup. I was hoping Detroit would win until halfway through the series and I decided that I wanted the Pens to win. I knew they were going to anyways. I called it back in the Washington/Pittsburgh series.

I am RELIEVED beyond belief that FOB is getting in on the Blink presale. How obvious is it that I never go to shows where I'm there for the opening band, not the headliner? Because I honestly didn't know if opening bands got presales, though why wouldn't they?

Anyways... er. Yeah.

Saw Star Trek last night. Again. And it was still as good. The music is so epic and wonderfully done, I love it.

Been working way too much. I was supposed to work this morning but I told my manager I couldn't. If I had worked todays shift I would have worked 52 hours this week. Now I'm just going to be working 47. I am so tired. :(

I'm kind of worried I'm not going to get tickets to the FOB show. Or rather, I'm not going to get floor tickets. Do you think, because they're not headlining, that OCK will still have a presale?

Mum: Yours, your fathers.
Me: Uh... what? Why?
Mum: You're getting the Vitara.
Me: Wait, you guys... You bought another car?
Mum: Yeah, a jeep.
Me: ...

So, if all the financial stuff goes through tomorrow I will be getting my parents super nice SUV. That means more money on gas which will be a huge pain but it also means less money on repairs (the front wipers on the car stopped working yesterday :/) so uh...

I just bought two tickets to see No Doubt July 16th. I feel guilty about spending $233 (!!!!) on it but it's No Doubt. The first CD I ever owned was Tragic Kingdom and I absolutely love them. And, y'know, I'll sing along happily to Paramore with Corey (who I'm taking) so it's going to be a great night despite how expensive it is.

I need to stop spending money, y'all. Sigh.

So I begged for an invite to Dreamwidth from anothersadsong and she obliged. I don't know yet if I'm going to use it regularly or not. I have a huge attachment to livejournal but it's always nice to have that option. My user name over there is fixmeinfortyfive (which I had originally wanted for this journal but alas, it had been taken) so if you're there add me if you want.

Last night I had the craziest dream where I won some contest and replaced Brian Diaz as Pete's bass tech. So there I am left stage standing there holding his LED bass waiting for the cue and Pete wants me to throw it to him but I refuse cause I am weak and he gets SUPER MAD but goes on his way. Then, after the song he brings it back and I apologize and he's like whatever, it's cool. Then suddenly, everybody is evacuating the building for who knows what reason and I'm trying to get out when three guys see that I'm carrying the LED bass still and they try to take it from me. Somehow they manage not to and I run towards the hotel and try to take Pete's advice from that video on how to sneak backstage just so I can give him back his bass but I'm lost and then I realize that they've already left for the airport. I then rush to the airport and book a flight to Hawaii because I'm like 50% sure they're going there but then I find out they aren't! But I know they're at the airport because I check Pete's twitter and he posted a pic of a guy sitting in a hockey net at the airport ice rink. So I figure out which flight they're on and my parents are suddenly there so they book the flight but we realize we're like 8 hours too early so we leave to go pack and then I woke up.

So, it's PStump's birthday and I guess he's 25 now which is crazy. But he's absolutely adorable and will be no matter what age he is.

He's in the latest Cobra Cam episode where they lock him in the bathroom that Vicky T is showering in. Remember when everybody was so sure they were doing it at HCT?

Anyways, not the point. ( Here's the point: )

I was listening to "Homesick At Spacecamp" and everytime I hear that song I always think of Patrick dancing on the stripper pole. Nomnomnom. Haha.

ETA: Haha, the timestamp on this entry is super wrong. It's actually like, 1:30am. I started it at 11pm but noticed that my photobucket was super messy so I had to fix that before I could do anything else. I am weird. :/

Sometimes I see things that I was never apart of, things I was never meant to experience, and it makes my chest ache with the knowledge that I can never go back and try to fit myself in.

I am super tired. Maricris did a no-show at work today. I kind of really do not like her. At all.

What is this Dreamwidth thing? I am super curious. I don't know if I would actually leave livejournal but it's nice to think of the better possibilities.
